QuantumPlaylist

Legal Information

Read our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookies Policy. By using QuantumPlaylist you agree to these rules.

1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction

QuantumPlaylist ("we", "us", "the platform") provides tools for playlist submission, playlist curation, AI assisted discovery and Spotify integrated music promotion. By creating an account or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a guardian.
  • You are responsible for your login details, connected Spotify account and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

1.3 Platform Use

  • You must not sell guaranteed placements or manipulate streams.
  • You must not spam, harass or abuse other users.
  • You must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer or overload the system.
  • You accept that curators decide independently which tracks to approve or decline.

1.4 Subscriptions, Add Ons & Payments

QuantumPlaylist offers recurring subscriptions and optional add ons. These digital services start automatically when payment is confirmed.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Prices may change. Changes are announced on the website where possible.

1.5 No Refunds

All payments, subscriptions, tokens and add ons are final. Because services are delivered instantly and are digital in nature, we do not provide refunds, prorated credits or reimbursements, except where required by applicable law.

1.6 Data, Metrics & System Behaviour

  • Platform data depends on Spotify APIs, user input and internal calculations.
  • Analytics, scores and statistics are indicative and may change over time.
  • In case of conflict between what you see on screen and the internal data, the database records are decisive and binding for the platform.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

QuantumPlaylist is not liable for decisions of curators or artists, third party failures (including Spotify), lost opportunities, lost income, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All branding, logo, UI, design, code and platform features are the property of QuantumPlaylist or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

1.9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the system, ignore reasonable instructions, or attempt to bypass technical safeguards.

1.10 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

  • Account information such as email address and password hash.
  • Spotify identifiers such as user IDs, playlist IDs and track IDs.
  • Usage data such as logins, submissions, approvals and dashboard interactions.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and approximate region.

2.2 How We Use Your Data

  • To operate your account and show your playlists, tracks and stats.
  • To match artists and curators more effectively.
  • To secure the platform and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To improve features based on aggregated and anonymized analytics.

2.3 Spotify Connection

When you connect your Spotify account you grant us permissions as described in the Spotify authorization screen. We use these permissions only to provide the functions inside QuantumPlaylist, such as fetching playlists, tracks and basic account information.

2.4 Data Sharing

  • We share your track and playlist data with curators and artists on the platform as part of normal use.
  • We may use third party providers for hosting, analytics and email delivery.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

2.5 Storage & Security

  • Data is stored in secure databases with restricted access.
  • We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
  • No system can be guaranteed 100 percent secure, but we aim to minimize risk.

2.6 Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can contact us at support@quantumplaylist.com to request:

  • Access to the main personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of your account and associated personal data, where legally possible.

2.7 Data Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Aggregated analytics may be kept longer in anonymized form.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Services

QuantumPlaylist provides digital services that start as soon as payment is processed. This includes subscriptions, tokens, highlighted placements and any add ons.

3.2 General Rule: No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, reversals or partial credits for unused time or unused submissions, except where required by law in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Subscriptions & Renewal

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings, if available, or by contacting support.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not create a refund for previous periods.

3.4 Platform Errors

If a clear technical error on our side causes a paid service not to start at all, you can contact support@quantumplaylist.com. We will review the database records, decide on an appropriate fix, and may offer a solution at our discretion. The database records are decisive for such evaluations.
